Is it possible to inject personality into your appearance, while maintaining authority? While I’m a big believer in personality, authenticity and being your true self both at home and at work, I don’t think that has to take away from authority. In fact, I don’t think authority is what we should be aiming for. I challenge today’s question, and explain why I think authenticity is more important than authority.
