The biggest barrier to growth in start up businesses is a lack of focus. It can be tough, slow, and even boring in the very early days but we need to learn to push past this, and not be distracted by other ideas that seem easier on the surface. Flitting around between business ideas without pushing through the growing pains has left many entrepreneurs with with lots of half cooked ideas, and zero established, sustainable businesses. Pick one thing, try to became the best in the world at it, and when the going gets tough… keep going.
